Born in Eastern Ukraine in 1954, live and work in Kiev (Ukraine). Though I
graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 1976, I have always had a passion for
photography and arts and after a short stint in engineering became a
full-time photographic artist. First recognition came in 1979 with
receiving a Diploma award from the All-Ukranian exhibition `Photodebute`.
Since then my works have been exhibited at numerous group exhibitions
the former USSR, Ukraine, Chech Repuiblic, Poland, former Yugoslavia and in Mexico. I had several solo exhibitions,
in 1999 and 2001 in
Lugansk (Ukraine),
several times in Innichen (Italy) and in London (UK) in 2005, in 2008 in Zaragoza (Spain).
Since 2001 I am an active contributor to the Family of Man 2 project. Since
2003 I am a featured photographic artist in the "ZoneZero" on-line project.
